Policies

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

No Shows

No Shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Late

If anyone is 15 minutes late I cannot guarentee your apt and may result into having to reschedule. if your 15 min late  without notice, the appointment is treated as a no show and charged as such. 

Kids

To guarantee the comfort of all of our clients, we do not allow children in the salon. Failure to follow this policy will result in the appointment needing to be rescheduled and may incur a late cancelation fee

.Right to Refuse

I have the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately with our staff, or can pose a threat to our business.”

Deposits

Deposits must be paid to book the following services: Color Correction Services, Vivids or any other lengthy service. 

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the quality of any service please notify me within 1 week and we will consult to determine how we may adjust your service accordingly. No

refunds for the services will be given. my top priority is to make guests happy  and to ensure your satisfaction with your service results.

​CONFIDENTIALITY/PRIVACY POLICY 

I know privacy is equally as important to you as it is to us. Define Hair will not share or sell guest information to any outside party, and collection of personal information is for client profile services only. Online bookings are through a secure site and credit card information is never stored or visible in the client profile. Personal data collected is for information notification such as email and text confirmations, generic feedback purposes, and for general statistical analysis of use of the site and user improvements.
